Job Description

As a Senior Team Lead Software Developer, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of talented developers. Your role will involve both hands-on coding and leadership, providing technical direction and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.

  • Ensure best practices in software development and maintain high standards of code quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Full-stack developer with 5+ years with programming languages like JavaScript (React, Vue, Node), Typescript, PHP, or Python.

  • Proven experience in a senior software development role with team leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and practices.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and logically.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.

  • Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages.

  • Excellent communication in English and Czech or Slovak language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agile development methodologies.

  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services.

  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role within a tech-driven company.
