Job Description
As a Senior Team Lead Software Developer, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of talented developers. Your role will involve both hands-on coding and leadership, providing technical direction and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
Ensure best practices in software development and maintain high standards of code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Full-stack developer with 5+ years with programming languages like JavaScript (React, Vue, Node), Typescript, PHP, or Python.
Proven experience in a senior software development role with team leadership responsibilities.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and logically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management tools and techniques.
Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages.
Excellent communication in English and Czech or Slovak language.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services.
Prior experience in a similar leadership role within a tech-driven company.
